Return , Refund & Exchange Policy

At Famous Chikankari , we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product.


Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchange only.
  • We only exchange products within 3-4 days after delivery.
  • If you receive a product with a wrong size due to our error , we will bear the shipping expense for the exchange.
  • If you need to exchange a product due to your own size selection error, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.



Return Policy

  • Returns are not accepted. However , if you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered , you may be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • To claim a damaged or incorrect product , you must provide a full video of the parcel opening and product inspection within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Conditions for Exchange or Refund:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The product must not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the exchange or refund.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

 

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

 

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us

at famouschikanarts@gmail.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

Exchange / Return for International Orders

We regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.
