• We only exchange products within 3 days after delivery.
• If you receive a product with a wrong size due to our error , we will bear the shipping expense for the exchange.
• If you need to exchange a product due to your own size selection error, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Return Policy:

• Returns are not accepted. However , if you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered , you may be eligible for an exchange or refund.
• To claim a damaged or incorrect product , you must provide a full video of the parcel opening and product inspection within 24 hours of delivery.
